You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Delivery and Guarantees

4.1 Delivery Timeframes

Service delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, volume, and third-party dependencies. Typical delivery times are 7-30 days depending on the service ordered. Monthly subscription services deliver on a recurring monthly basis.

4.2 Link Permanence

We guarantee that backlinks placed through our services will remain live and accessible for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of placement. If a link is removed or becomes inaccessible within this period through no fault of the client, we will replace it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to links removed due to client website issues, domain expiration, or violations of search engine guidelines.

4.3 Performance Expectations

While we employ industry best practices and white-hat SEO techniques, we cannot guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or business outcomes. SEO results depend on numerous factors including competition, algorithm changes, and website quality. Any performance estimates or projections are illustrative examples, not guarantees.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. For subscription services, you will be billed automatically on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.). One-time services are billed upfront before work begins.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers on eligible services. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Services already delivered or work already performed may not be eligible for refund. Subscription services can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
